WARRANTIES

If you purchase products as a consumer or user, we offer warranties on the products we sell through this website, in accordance with the legally established terms for each type of product. We are therefore liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

Products are deemed to conform to the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description provided by us and possess the qualities presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended, and (iii) they present the quality and performance normally expected from a product of the same type. In this regard, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, you must inform us through any of the means of communication provided for this purpose.

The products we sell, especially handcrafted products, may often exhibit characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, knots, and color, are not considered defects or flaws. On the contrary, they should be expected and appreciated. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are inevitable and should be accepted as part of the product's individual appearance.

All products are listed in euros and do not include value-added tax (VAT) or shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due during order processing.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of items will be deemed to be located within the territory applicable to Spanish VAT if the delivery address is within Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally applicable rate at any given time, depending on the specific item in question. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A copy of the delivery note and invoice must also be included in the return package. Therefore, please handle the product(s) carefully while they are in your possession.

Please remember that the products are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back at our facilities. If the merchandise is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment, we will not be able to accept the return.

Once the merchandise has been received at our offices and its condition has been verified, a replacement will be issued or the amount will be refunded via bank transfer or any other available payment method. Payment will not be processed until we have received the product(s) and verified their perfect condition.

Any amounts paid for product(s) returned due to a defect or flaw attributable to https://www.escobasmendi.com , when present, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you incurred to return it to us. Otherwise, only the amount of the returned product will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
