Shipping and Returns
SHIPMENT
Before placing your order, you must select the delivery location from the "Cart Total" tab and confirm your billing information. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will ship your order, including the product(s) listed in each order, without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
Please note that there are circumstances arising from the customization of the product(s), or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. Please note, however, that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or the order will be deemed to have been "delivered" when you or a third party indicated by you acquire physical possession of the product(s), which will be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to arrange for it to be sent again. If you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
If, after 15 days from when your order is available for delivery, it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will consider it terminated. As a result of terminating the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we consider the contract terminated. Please note that shipping costs resulting from termination may incur additional costs, and we will therefore be authorized to charge you for these costs.

PLEASE NOTE: The price shown does not include any shipping costs, as rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the final order. Shipping costs can be verified upon completion of the order and before payment.

At specific times, on special dates, during clearance sales, or when appropriate and duly announced, shipping costs will be free based on established and duly announced conditions.
Refund Policy
WARRANTIES
If you purchase products as a consumer or user, we offer warranties on the products we sell through this website, in accordance with the legally established terms for each type of product. We are therefore liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
Products are deemed to conform to the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description provided by us and possess the qualities presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended, and (iii) they present the quality and performance normally expected from a product of the same type. In this regard, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, you must inform us through any of the means of communication provided for this purpose.
The products we sell, especially handcrafted products, may often exhibit characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, knots, and color, are not considered defects or flaws. On the contrary, they should be expected and appreciated. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are inevitable and should be accepted as part of the product's individual appearance.
All products are listed in euros and do not include value-added tax (VAT) or shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due during order processing.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of items will be deemed to be located within the territory applicable to Spanish VAT if the delivery address is within Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally applicable rate at any given time, depending on the specific item in question. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT pursuant to the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. For orders to other European Union countries, the application of VAT and its percentage will depend on whether the buyer is an individual or a company registered with VIES. Other legal parameters within European Union VAT legislation, such as VAT OSS, will also be taken into account at all times.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

When placing an order, the customer may freely choose to pay for their purchases using a VISA or MASTERCARD card, PayPal , bank transfer, or any other existing payment method. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Therefore, if upon receiving your order you are not satisfied with any of your items, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt to return them, EXCEPT THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALIZED UPON PRIOR REQUEST BEFORE PURCHASE.
Returned items must be sent with their original tags and packaging, and in optimal condition, with no signs of use. A copy of the delivery note and invoice must also be included in the return package. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond its initial opening, if the product(s) are not in the same condition as when delivered, or if they have been damaged in any way. Therefore, please handle the product(s) carefully while they are in your possession.
Please remember that the products are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back at our facilities. If the merchandise is damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment, we will not be able to accept the return.
Once the merchandise has been received at our offices and its condition has been verified, a replacement will be issued or the amount will be refunded via bank transfer or any other available payment method. Payment will not be processed until we have received the product(s) and verified their perfect condition.
Any amounts paid for product(s) returned due to a defect or flaw attributable to https://www.escobasmendi.com , when present, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you incurred to return it to us. Otherwise, only the amount of the returned product will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
