SHIPMENT
Before placing your order, you must select the delivery location in the "cart total" tab and confirm this in the billing information. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will send you the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each order without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
Please note that there are circumstances arising from the customization of the product(s), or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note, in any case, that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the product(s), which will be accredited by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we are unable to find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to get it delivered to you again. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
If, after 15 days from the date your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. As a consequence of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract to be terminated. Please note that transport resulting from the termination may have an additional cost, so we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you.

ATTENTION: The price shown does not include any shipping costs that may be incurred, as rates vary depending on the destination and weight of the final order. Shipping costs can be checked at the end of the order and before the corresponding payment.

At specific times, on special dates, during clearance sales, or when appropriate and duly announced, shipping costs will be free based on the established and duly announced conditions.

WARRANTIES
If you contract as a consumer and user, we offer you guarantees on the products we sell through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same that becomes apparent within a period of two years from the delivery of the product.
Products are deemed to be in compliance with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description provided by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended and (iii) they present the quality and performance normally expected from a product of the same type. In this regard, if any of the products is not in compliance with the contract, you must notify us through any of the means of communication provided for this purpose.
The products we sell, especially handicraft products, may often exhibit characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, knots and colour, are not to be considered defects or flaws. Rather, they should be expected and appreciated. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are unavoidable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.
All products indicate the sale price in euros and do not include value added tax (VAT) or shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due during the order processing process.
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question. In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and tariffs in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. For orders to other countries in the European Union, the application of VAT and its percentage will depend on whether the buyer is an individual or a company registered with VIES. Likewise, other legal parameters within the VAT legislation in the European Union will be taken into account at all times, for example VAT OSS.
Prices may change at any time but (except as set out above) any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
Likewise, you hereby authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format.
When placing an order, the customer may freely choose to pay for their purchases using a VISA or MASTERCARD card, Paypal or transfer, or any other existing payment method. In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, https://www.mendionline.com reserves the right to request a specific payment method in the event that the buyer's identity is not reliably verified.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuer, but if the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into any contract with you.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using an account or payment card number, the holder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the request for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be obliged to Escobas Mendi to compensate for the damages and losses caused as a consequence of said cancellation.

Important: If the packaging is damaged on the day of receipt, please inform the carrier and have them note it down as a comment. Afterwards, send a notification via email with images if possible, in order to process the claim to the carrier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The commitment of https://www.mendionline.com is to offer the highest quality and achieve total customer satisfaction. Therefore, if when you receive your order you are not satisfied with any of your items, you have a period of fourteen (14 ) calendar days from the date of receipt to return them, EXCEPT THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALIZED UPON PRIOR REQUEST BEFORE PURCHASE.
Items to be returned must be sent with their original labels and packaging, and in optimal condition, without any signs of having been used. A copy of the delivery note and invoice must also be included in the return package. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, if the product(s) are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or if they have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession.
Please remember that the products are the customer's responsibility until they arrive back at our facilities. In the event that the goods are damaged due to inappropriate packaging - during return shipment - we will not be able to accept the return.
Once the goods have been received at our offices and their condition has been checked, the replacement or refund of the amount will be made by transfer or other available payment method. The refund will not be made until we have received the product(s) and checked their perfect condition.
The amounts paid for the product(s) that are returned due to a defect or fault attributable to https://www.mendionline.com , when it actually exists, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us. Otherwise, only the amount of the product you have returned will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
https://www.mendionline.com will not collect or pay for the shipping costs of the received merchandise. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Likewise, https://www.mendionline.com guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and without any cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
If a product other than the one requested by the Client is delivered by mistake by https://www.mendionline.com , it will be withdrawn and the correct product(s) will be delivered without any additional charge to the Client.
